Account and data deletion

Request deletion of your Gülüş Akademisi patient account and personal data here.

If you can sign in to the app: Profile > Delete my account. Otherwise fill in the form below; after verifying your identity by phone your account is deleted within 30 days.

Deleted: account details, profile photo, notifications, device records. Examination and treatment records that must be kept by health regulations are retained for the legal period and then destroyed.
